Mediation: I am a third-party neutral who will work with those in conflict toward sustainable solutions with the ultimate goal of repairing harm and restoring relationships. Conflicts may be an ongoing or one specific issue. Meditation is offered in person, or remotely over the phone or ZOOM video calls.

Conflict Consulting and Traditional Mediation: I offer Ombudsman services to organizations that need assistance determining the source of conflict. I then provide solutions to progress past conflicts and how to engage them in the future.
Pre-grievance: Many conflicts are not dealt with until they reach the level of grievance as defined by labor contracts. I work with parties at the lowest level before they reach this point and save the organization’s and union’s valuable resources.
Conflict Resolution Training: I teach supervisors how to handle conflict by first determining their conflict style and then of those they supervise. Training includes when and how to engage in difficult conversations with staff.
De-escalation Training: Conflicts can grow if the wrong things are said and the way they are communicated. I offer practical, active listening skills and techniques that anyone can learn and put into practice at work or home.
Investigations: I am a licensed Private Investigator and provide a range of services that include pre-employment background screening, employee misconduct fact-finding, theft investigations, and locating missing persons.
